They escape every other day and wants some leniency during lesson when they are actually around *sigh* I have lost all will to tell them off... so I let them do what they want, at least they listen to me.... hehehehehe....
Teacher: kemana tah kamu escape kelmarin ah?
Students: di jamban cherrr eh... *tunjuk belakang*
Teacher: eh bau jua tu.. teacher dangar ada benda dripping dari jamban bini2....
Students: inda cherr~ nie yg di belakang ah jamban baru lawa ah..
Teacher: ooo ada sofa tah? bahapa tah kamu arah be bau bau atu..
Students: hahahahahah (cali tia tu konon hehehe)
Students: cherr~ buliehh kami relax menulis di bawah anie cher?
Teacher: bahh ok jua if kamu comfortable... asal belajar... tu baca tulife cycle ah... bukan salin2 saja.... learn the format...
Teacher: *click* *click* keh keh keh...
Students: alaaa cher... patut tah ~
J sebok becakap dgn teacher, when N datang....
N: eh kan buat satu lagi ku J... *julur julur*
Teacher: ah ah ah apa tu.. laju buka mulut.. I wanna take a pix
N: ala cherr... jangan bah..
Teacher: eh laju kan teacher suruh principal liat blog teacher nie...
N: ala cher abis tah ku tu....*panic*
Teacher: bah cana kan kau buat tu...
N: *moves* (volunteers to show me the needle!)
Teacher: eh napa kamu kan bawa barang canie kesekolah.. jaga kamu teacher lain meliat nie ah... kana report nie baru tau ahhh
students : chhherrr~ aku nada pencil...
teacher: inda kira.. jangan tah kau mark paper mu atu biar kau inda tau yang mana jawapan lurus sama inda tu...
students: (labih pintar, they broke a pencil into two and sharpen them)
teacher: hehe keh keh keh kesini kamu... *click* *click*
students: ala cherrrrrr malu wahhh~
teacher: baru kamu tau kih kih kih....
Note Most of the time I speak in English and they respond in English.. and during lessons we dont speak in Malay at all. The kids are great. They try hard to say words in English when asking for help.
A common scenario in my class:
student: cherrr~ ke toilet..
teacher: sokay.. I dont wanna go... you can go on your own.. here is your pass.
crowd: hahahhahahahahah~
student: cherrr... toilet
teacher: What??? How dare you! I'm not a toilet!!
So they have learnt their lessons by being embarrassed in public, and usually say "Excuse me teacher, may I go to the toilet please?"
hehehe... well..not many people were there and I didnt have to be there but I would like to know what it takes to be good at O level oral exams , PMB too.
This has nothing to do with me, but I think these letters of themselves were written by kids of different writing abilities and they swopped these with language teachers of other schools in Brunei.. pretty cool isnt it? My club does something similar but on an international level and I have ideas of getting our kids to write on a national basis... but I havent got the opportunity to start this.. also for fear of them interacting and going to the Mall together hahaha.. at midnight hahaha...
